Ah yes, Fall is in the air. Okay, well almost in the air. Just a few more weeks and we’ll be seeing pumpkin flavored everything, everywhere. Pumpkin Beers? Check. Pumpkin Breads? Check. Pumpkin Spiced Lattes? Check.

Of course, my mind is already spinning about the delicious possibilities, and you can bet your sweet buns I’ll be sharing. But until then, how about a little, shall we say, foreplay? Pumpkin style.

Pumpkin Piesicles. The perfect transition from summer to fall. They taste amazingly close to a slice of pumpkin pie with whipped cream. And the texture? To. Die. For.
Pumpkin Muffin Donuts. Baked, not fried. No way you can eat just one. Don’t even try.
Pumpkin Spice Latte Cupcakes. Perfectly moist, spiced cupcakes topped with a rich espresso buttercream. Um. Yes, please.
Three Layer Mini Pumpkin Pies. Bite sized layers of buttery crust, creamy cheesecake and spiced pumpkin. Top them with a dollop o’whoop, and you’ve got yourself a pretty sweet taste of fall.
Now I’m off to sip on a pumpkin porter to get my brain in creation mode.

Um. Yes. They are amazing. Not to toot my own horn, or anything. 🙂 There is a local brewery that produces a seasonal Pumpkin Porter, Four Peaks Brewery. It’s pretty fantastic.
